Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of agb98 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
Important: Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence — is a serious violation of these Terms. agb98 will permanently close any Account found to have been registered using fraudulent information and will retain all funds in such Accounts pending investigation.

agb98 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, agb98 will contact the Player via the registered email address to request clarification.
To request a withdrawal from your agb98 Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have a verified payment method registered to your Account in your own name; (c) have no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds in your Balance; and (d) not be subject to any Account suspension or investigation.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian Rupiah bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the agb98 Account. Third-party withdrawals — where the destination account is held in a different name — are not permitted under any circumstances. The Player is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the agb98 Platform complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. agb98 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
